Pixel Eye Tutorial

Because a certain friend asked for me to teach her how to pixel my shiny eyes, but I can't teach, so I told her I would do a tutorial for her instead.

This is just how I color, okay?

I made this in Paint Tool SAI, but this should work in all programs that let you pixel.


You can do this in only one layer if you want. To make this, I made it using layers for the purpose of making it easier to make a tutorial out of (I didn't screenshot).
